It sucks but it’s so hard to convince anyone to pick a private email to begin with. Maybe proton becomes the go to private and gets big enough to make people focus on private solutions that allows more competitors later on.
This is good if true. I had it going and it kept the background notification while on mobile data.
Edit- yesterday, without any Wifi connected, it showed as still backing up. Today while I was out it showed “paused til connected to Wi-Fi” so…I guess it should be only over wifi? Going to keep monitoring it as it is taking a while.
As someone who has used it from near the start, I’m perfectly fine with how they’ve treated me.
Gave me more storage on anniversaries, locked in discounts, keep improving solid products, etc.
They could certainly focus more on Linux products but overall I’m quite happy as is even. Mail UI vastly improved, calendar works though I use it little, etc. Jmho
I don’t think they’re supported in mobile till the big app update iirc. On bw that is.
