I have my DKIM CNAME records populated but only 2/3 pass the check. Domain.com:protonmail fails and as a result I can’t setup my third-party DMARC analyzer tool. Protonmail2 and 3 work fine.

Support said “it will eventually generate a key but we can’t do anything.” This is bullshit since the records have existed for a year. They confirmed I set it up correctly.

Anyone run into this issue before?

We can try helping you but please be as specific as you can. What do you see where, what did you do and what’s missing. It’s very strange it is taking that long.

Check with your domain provider.

Also cloudflare was having issues yesterday, that might also be the cause.
