Yep.

won’t have Calendar notifications when I add stuff to our shared calendars

Is why I left the wider Proton ecosystem. I want to come back, but I’m waiting to hear that it’s fixed.

I don’t have an answer. This issue is why I left Proton mail. I’m waiting for a built in (or reasonably automatic) solution before migrating my email back to Proton.

Thank you for asking here. I’ll be reading along in case someone has something that’s not too burdensome.

I had a similar issue. Solved it by picking a random other area to connect to. I’m guessing some of their servers are overloaded.

Nice. I appreciate seeing updates here!

I really want to switch back to Proton Calendar, but I’m waiting for a solution to this issue, on Android:

Yep. Nationalize that sucker for just long enough to sell every asset, IP and piece of real estate, and turn over the money to those harmed by the crime.

There’s zero excuse for allowing Avast to continue to exist after what amounts to intentional wide scale fraud.

Edit: To be clear, I’m not advocating for an approach outside of current laws, I’m saying we need to fix the laws and tackle the next one of these correctly.

CEOs and shareholders can get on board, because they also want a peaceful no-heads-lopped-off resolution to this kind of crap, too. Everyone can still win, here.

Aside from the concept of selling Privacy being reprehensible…Meta has the nerve to propose this?!

If Meta can offer to sell Privacy with a straight face, what’s next?

  • Aldi offering a “platinum members lounge”?
  • A Comcast paid service where they call all your recurring bills and negotiate the inflated prices down?
  • How about an upcharge at the entrance to Walmart where they pinky promise to have an employee available to unlock the electronics case?

Meta, your brand awareness is astonishing. Meta couldn’t sell me privacy at any price, whatsoever; because I don’t have any historic evidence that Meta can deliver Privacy.
