If you’re that committed I guess you could buy a prepaid phone from walmart

One thing I can think of is setting up a VM just to run BlueStacks or whatever android emulator is best these days (it’s been like 5 years since I’ve tried that out). Or do like I do with whatsapp and run a Firefox container specifically for groupme
