Personally i don’t mind doing a couple of simple quick chores -which i would like to be sure of before renting, and i know that some people don’t want to do any chores -which you should be allowed to filter out those listing. Everyone wins except the scamy userous airbnb hosts.

They need a rule making the chore list part of the listing.
