Kill switch wasn’t available when I created my Wireguard file in my Mullvad account. Mullvad says this feature is only available for Linux users. I only enabled kill switch on Android settings along with VPN always on.

Blocking mode I don’t know what it refers to

Mullvad app without multihop x WireGuard official app
Hi guys! Today I use Mullvad VPN on my Pixel 8 but unfortunately Mullvad team didn't enable multihop feature to use on Android app. Use WireGuard official app and importing wireguard key file is a good approach to have multihop feature enable on Android?

Android 14 now allow users to use their smartphones as webcam natively

Tyranny of Microsoft
Microsoft’s agenda is very clear, they want control and surveillance over the flow of information on the internet.

The government says selfies for AI verification are to “protect” children from such content but in reality we know it’s all to create a database with biometric hashes of everyone and create the long-awaited dystopia of 24/7 mass surveillance. The government that completes the task first comes out ahead, and it seems that China is winning the dispute

I migrated all my cloud files to M-Discs because in the near future, even if I encrypt my files with PGP before sending them to the cloud, big tech will be able to break their encryption. I don’t trust any big tech.

I don’t use cloud storage anymore I migrated all my files to M-Disc

Brave is far from being a cybersecurity tool

My favorites tools in this image is Aegis and Signal

How about Mullvad-Browser?

Do you know if I can morph my GNOME Debian version to Kicksecure? I read their documentation and they recommend XFCE.

Awesome!

You have the holy grail of Free Software

Richard Stallman approves!

I really like Linux libre kernel but it has some downsides because it doesn’t have patchs to fix some critical vulnerabilities. Libreboot is just a distant dream unfortunately few devices are compatible with it.

It’s a solid option indeed but a little difficult to install in my opinion

I use Vanadium as my main browser but I use Cromite to save my bookmarks because in Vanadium there is no way to backup my bookmarks.

Yeah IP’s are just a fraction of the whole fingerprint process nowadays but I didn’t want Apple record ANY IP the could be used to link to me. I personally don’t trust Apple.

I know but I didn’t find any PDF editor :(

But you cannot download a VPN app without reveal your real IP address for Apple at least once and wanting or not your will need a iCloud ID. And Apple devices is know that they can bypass VPN connection in some cases. Who ensures you that Apple will not retain your IP address?

Free (as in freedom) PDF editor for Android?
Does anyone know a PDF editor free (as in freedom) for Android? Thanks for any support!

Currently I’m a paranoid , I use Faraday bag to my phone (Pixel 6 with GraheneOS) I never put a SIM card in it , I just use a modem with a LTE plan but It’ s not in my name and I am switching to self hosted all my services.

less is more in this case, the best approach is:

UBlock Origin, NextDNS to filter the queries and Block Cookies cross sites

Exactly! This is my point , this is the biggest reason that I want this glasses. But I didn’t found more information if they really work besides their own site.

but if we combine the glasses with a mask maybe we have a good approach, right?

China government created a software that circumvent masks and they can profile your face even if you’re using them.

They are made from a material that reflects visible and/or infrared light and its lenses block the system that is used to measure the distance between your eyeballs avoiding to create a unique profile from your face. Many facial recognition cameras (not all) relies on infrared to search for patterns in human face and this glasses reflects IR. These glasses are one of the few tools that we can at least use to try protect our privacy against facial recognition.

Idk if regular sunglasses will prevent your face from being captured by facial recognition systems.

What do you guys think about this glasses to use daily to escape Facial Recognition? Worth the price? Does it really work? https://reflectacles.com

Undoubtedly Aegis for Android, because it has the easiest way to backup your codes. Excellent! And it is open source without internet connection.
